I recently had neck surgery for the third time. There was one little big! difference—my label, which goes on all the forms, uses an “F” to mark my sex:

I actually didn’t realize this until several days of being home. But it was a psychological booster, even helping to relief my post-surgical pain if only a little, similar to watching my cat Baxter. This proves to me that using alternate options, at least viewing pleasant things helps. I would still be skeptical of a lot of things out there people use. I am also not talking about curing.
Note – It has been awhile since the operation (March 25th), but I thought I would share it still. Still in a long recovery process.
